Re: v6 to v8????

they are differert between v8's and v6y cars, and there are a few different rates in v8 cars. You can use factory springs, or any lowering spring set for v8 cars.

Re: v6 to v8????

i have a question about getting new springs for my 85 firebird. i would like to get sport springs for it but its a v6 and i can only find springs for a v8. would it work on my firebird if i got the sport springs for a v8 anyway? if not, what would be different?

Re: v6 to v8????

the rear springs are about the same, but the fronts would be much stiffer and would sit the front of the car higher is a v6 car.

AFAIK, there are no v6 specific lowering springs.
