Need help with tire rotation

This sounds dumb, but I can't get the pass. side rear wheel off my firebird. I'm trying to do a tire rotation, but it's not coming off, even after hitting it repeatedly with a big hammer. I have all the lugnuts off , and I can't see anything obviously blocking it from moving. If you have any ideas, lemme know. TIA

There's nothing preventing the wheel from coming off other than the lugnuts.. Try hammering the top of the wheel.

If that doesn't work, you can just put the lugnuts on loosely and drive down the driveway and back up (assuming the rest of the wheels are still on, hehe), then try again.

Alright, I've already tried hammering them (poor, poor aluminum wheels) to no avail.
The driving the car idea sounds like a good one. I'll give that a try. Thanks for the help!
