my car is making a popping noise when when i slow down or accelerate and stuff....its been doin this for a couple months.....i heard it is the ball-joint and i also heard my tire will fall off if i dont change it soon....well i was wondering how much longer will i b able to drive on it like this....cuz i dont have money to fix it for atleast 2-3 weeks

You should be real careful. It could also be the upper strut bearing. Pop the cap off the top of the strut and look at the rubber holding the bushing in and see if it looks worn out or torn.
