how good are they, are they better than the hotchkis, i mean the adlustable ones

Spohn's control arms are very good quality.
MUCH better than the Hotchkis ones.
It really is not even fair to compare Spohn's adjustable LCAs to the Hotchkis LCAs because the Spohn's are just so much better. Now, to compare Spohn's non-adjustable poly-bushed LCAs with Hotchkis LCAs, that would be fair, and the Spohns are still better.

Also - get them made in Cro-Moly!! Lighter and stronger.
