street tires

Right now I have Eagle Alloy polished aluminum 15x8 wheels. I'm just using 235/60 BFG Radial T/As. I want something about the same size but better grip. I don't do too many burnouts anymore but I still want something that wears good and gets good traction. Nothing over $150 though. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Yokohama make an AVS Intermediate in that size. They are fairly grippy.

Michelin Pilot H4 or V4 (if you drive really fast). They are expensive, but very nice.

first find out what the fattest tire you can shove under there and run it, the fatter, the better for traction, for the most part radials are radials for traction in racing
