Cutting new Moog Fr springs 3/4 off, quick question, please read!
Moog #5662 spring is a replacement WS6 rated @706, don't you just cut the top half 3/4 off to lower it 1 inch? is this all you do to the spring and re-install them?? what else is required?
I like the stance of the rear, hooks well dont want to mess with it and have traction problems but the front rate must be level off to match the back
Or should I spring for a new set 4 of eibach or Hotckis and install the front only? would there be a problem with miss matched springs
PS I dont want to lower the rear
YOUR recommendation is needed, Thanks

I think you'll have to experiment to get it where you want it. It's the only way to get it perfect.I cut 3/4 of a coil off my Eibach Front springs before it was right, but I did it 1/4 coil at a time.Cut some off, re-install the springs, drive it around the block and see where it sits.

It only took me 1/2 coil on the 5662 springs, and I cut from the bottom end not the top. The control arm pocket will accomodate the cut better than the top, which is flat and favors the flattened wire that Moog does at the factory.
