Want to redo suspension, any pointers?

I'd like to set up my car for street duty, but I'll also be taking it to the drags and autocrossing when it's finished. I know I can swap all the bushings for polyurethane and get some SFC's. What else can I do, if it's still around, I'm thinking about taking it on the HOt Rod Power Tour someday. Thanks for any tips guys.

the stock setup is more then fine just most everything, setting up a drag suspention is completely diffrent from a handleing suspention, if its just a cruzing car with a once in a while autocross race or drag then the stock stuff will be fine, even the poly will be fine, it usally wont become a facter in drag racing untill you start to get deep in the 13's

Heres my setup and it hadles great. 1LE sway bars front and rear, energy suspension polyuretane bushing through the whole car, Spohn adjustable panhard bar, lower control arms, and subframe connectors,Koni red adjustable shocks and struts, Eibach pro kit springs and I rebuilt the whole front end with Moog parts. I would say start with a front end rebuild first because most of our cars have high miles on them and are in bad need of a rebuild. I would suggest only using Moog parts, stay away from the cheap stuff like TRW and such. New balljoints, tierod ends, idler arm and poly bushings will tighten the front end up and make it nice to drive.

Thanks guys, I didn't know it would be that easy. I thought I might have to buy a whole new complete suspension all the way around.
Hmm, I always thought my car handled really well for stock suspension.
Thanks again.

Aint' it funny how Moog and TRW are both made by the same company?

Think about replacing your idler arm and center link... they're common "wear" items on the 3rd gen f-body. Yours might be worn out, and you don't even realize it...
