Need 28" tires on 16x8 rims, possible?
Right now, my first gear is almost useless and i think i'm actually faster when i start off from 2nd gear. I still burn rubber starting from 2nd. The motor makes good power up to 5,000 rpm, so its not like the 3.73's are totally wrong for the car, but i still need to hook a lot better in 1st. That's why i want to get 28" tires, and also because they make the car look soo much better. I have 16x8 convo pro rims. Do they even make tires this size for 16" rims? Thanks.

I wonder when the T-5 is gonna blow.
previously 88 TBI, 0-60 7.0 s. Now totalled, go to member's rides for more details as i'm selling all the parts off of it.

Slicks or street tires?
Mickey Thompson doesn't make any tires in that size and neither does Goodyear. If you want 28's you're going to have to buy some 15" rims.
