My left front wheel was knocked out and pushed back I can bring it back to 3/8 by various adjustment to the alignment so I think the frame or Control Arm is bent....What is a resonable price to get it pulled back into specs.

 

I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but I would think some minor adjustment on a frame rack would cost you $200-300. If the damage is more extensive and requires replacing the A-arm or other parts, expect that dollar figure to go up quickly.

 

You can get control arms in the junkyard for about $20 or $25. I don't believe it's possible to straighten them. If I had a whacked one, I'd get a pair of them, and get the ball joints and bushings in them replaced, and get new springs while I was at it, since the labor to replace them is free (they fall out when you take out the CAs); nobody in his right mind would put somebody else's used BJs and bushings in his car... speaking strictly for myself of course.
