I just got off the tel. with Year One. The kit does seem to be complete except for one little (critically important) part (p/n 10132829) that has been discontinued by GM. Steve Spohn is making an effort to get this part from PBR.

Yearone is where I located the infamous 10132829 when GM ran out. It was a bit pricey but worth it since i had already ordered every other component. I would just wait for Steve to get his kits together and get one from him. Year One is WAY overpriced.
