springy......

ok, I have a 92 RS 3.1L... It came with the FE1 suspension package (soft ride), it is getting on my nerves... so, would it be better for me to get all four F41 springs and put on my car, or how about the F41 springs on the front, and z28 springs on the back???
or are FE1 and F41 springs even different, I think they are, but i'm not expert...
also, how much could I look to pay for these springs at a junkyard, or should I go with new ones, and how much should I expect for them.... thanks a bundle for your help...

Springs get weaker over time. I would stay away from the junk-yard and get a set of stock z28/Iroc springs or some mild drop springs. Carparts.com has stock 92Z springs for 50 for the front pair, 46 for the rear pair. Sway bars will help handling as well.

------------------
350 with stealth intake, holley carb, 470 lift cam. 700r4 with .5 boost valve, vette servo, tci lock-up kit, B&M megashifter. Richmond 3.73 gears, powertrax locker, timkin bearings, synthetic lube. Custom 3 inch single into 2 2.5 pipes. 1 1/2 drop springs, 1 5/16 solid front sway bar, 1 inch rear bar, custom subframe connectors, custom LCA relocation brackets. Kobel ground FX, currant red metallic paint. Lots of other stuff...
