For the record, I do not have a pic, but I measured from the ground to the middle of the arch of the fender... 28 inches... That was an hour ago, pics above are from last week...

Some updates...
Spohn a arms for sale....
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/engi...ack-stock.html
As for my car being jacked up like a 4x4, I don't have the fender inserts in, so you can see the struts...

It's about 1/4 inch below 28 inches...

I was supposed to pickup the car yesterday, but still being worked on... will take more pics after the A arms are back to stock and the only change is that piece... the I will have it aligned later...

Re: Spohn A Arms... Now tires rub when turning...
Got the stockers back on, with new Global West Delrin bushings and new moog ball joints... car sits higher than with the spohn, but the wheel is further forward than with the spohn, no more rub in back.... I still need an alignment, cuz it was last done with the spohn a arms in, which moved the wheel back from the stock position...
Taking offers on these....

Re: Spohn A Arms... Now tires rub when turning...
Most 15's came with 215/65-16- roughly 26.1" tall, some later ones came with 235/60-15's (26" tall). Your 245/60's are both taller and wider than anything they got stock. I personally like 235/60(f) and 255/60(r) on stock 15's... I wish you could still get a performance tire in those sizes.
As far as the springs, the early 3rd gens sat much higher than the later ones, and I get the impression that the moog springs make these cars sit at that height or maybe even slightly higher. Your car had a stock ride height roughly an inch shorter than you're at now, and it's not uncommon to get in the 26" or slightly lower fender lip height on lowered cars (front tires will go up into the fenders and the control arms will hit before the tires fit the top of the wheel wells, well, they might rub slightly).
heh, never been happy with spohn's parts... long story.

did you by chance hear anything back? I have the same problem with mine. My car was bought brand new by my dad and i bought it from him. It's never been in an accident So I know it's not the car. And never had the issues until i put the spohn k member and a-arms in. Now mine rubs. Not to mention, the tie rods hitting.

Re: Spohn A Arms... Now tires rub when turning...
Ifter i installed my spohn k member and control arms, i had rubbing issues as well.I just figured it was cause i had a big front tire. Untill i read this post and looked at the position of my tire, and its way set back in the wheel well. ON my brothers T/A, he only has their k-member with stock arms and his is centered perfectly. Did anyone ever get anywhere with Spohn on this?
Re: Spohn A Arms... Now tires rub when turning...
i had put spohn a arms on mine and it made the tires sit back farther and rub when turning and also lowered my car. and also the a arm was hitting my stock k member with eibach sportline springs on. i have little gouges in the a arm from the k member. i have alot of spohn parts on my car that i love and that work great but needless to say i wasted the money on the spohn a arms and only put about 10 miles on them before i took them off and replaced them with UMI a arms and i couldnt be happier with the UMI a arms!!!

Mine also sat back. Removed, sold and went with UMI arms. Everything is centered again. As for his car looking like a 4x4, my car is at 28in in front and 28in in back. Stock springs, and isolators. It was this way when I bought it bone stock with a few miles on it 13 years ago.
