Sway Bar Size
Im replacing sway bar bushings on my 91 firebird 5.0 tbi convertible and wanted to see if there is a way I could tell the diamieter of the sway bar other then getting under the car and measuring it. Does RPO's or vin have anyting to determin this?

measure it from the top? seriously, you can do it.

The car is 20 years old. Take nothing for granted & assume that everything is exactly as it was 20 years ago & hasn't changed, like the RPO codes saying whatever.

IKEA has free paper measuring tapes that are great for measuring sway bars. 
I keep a few in the garage...they come in handy sometimes.
