help me rebuild/beef up my suspension
Well after putting 500miles or so on the 92 z28 since i got it and a hard weekend of auto-x action ive come to realize that i need to replace just about all of the suspension lol. its got major sag and i got some clunks and pops going on upfront. ride height on stock size 245/50/16 tires fender lip to ground mesearments are lf 26.5 lr 27.5 rr 27 rf 25.5 which explains why it kinda pulls to the right a little. im not really looking to lower the car drasticly nor do i want to keep it at the current sagging height so ive been debating on the moog springs with a little trimmed off to give me a slight drop over stock. i plan to auto-x the car reguarly nothing really competitive just when events come close to me but would still like to fair well when i do throw it into some curves. would like a good strut/shock combo that will not break the bank but still do well. i mainly dd the car but will most likely auto-x the thing 5-6times a year. i do plan on wonderbar sfcs lcarbs tubular panhard and some lcas or boxing my factory ones.
well excuse my rambaling but the whole suspension handling thing is new to me and would like some help to get me pointed the right way.

the half inch lower on the right side isn't what's making it pull to the right. that's most likely a minor issue in the front geometry. your "plan on" list seems pretty good. a lot of people go with koni shocks and struts. they cost a pretty good bit but the more you can spend on them, the better off you'll be. you'll need good tires, too. rebuild the steering linkage and maybe steering box. and, get an alignment done on it!

ive actualy been looking at gettin the TOKICO blues with their drop springs but still doing research. also looking at the illuminas from them but that would be in the $700 range for shocks/struts and springs but allow me to adjust them. idk i want the adjustables but then again afraid to spend the money on them and not really need the adjustable feature. ill most likely do poly bushings at the same time too.
