My firebird started making a really annoying noise when going over bumps. When you hit a bump its very harsh in the *** end and squeeks to beat hell anybody have any ideas so I don't have to go part by part?

Could be a bushing or a shock. You have to jack it up and take a look. Shake the rear, se what's loose and go from there.

Broken spring perhaps. As 86 pointed out, do a visual.
