KYB GR-2 hardware?
For those of you who have replaced the front struts on you cars were you able to re-use the original nut that bolts on top at the mount or did you use the new hardware that was provided with you new strut? The reason i ask is because i recently replaced my front struts with KYB GR-2 and the thread was more fine and not as course as the stock thread leaving me no choice but to use the provided nut and pressure washer. And for some reason it looks like it doesn't fit right the stock nut looks flanged. The car is never driven its Non OP and after the install i went around the block and i felt what can only be explained as death wobble but my frame is not cracked and i can steer left and right and the gearbox looks sturdy so it cant be that. I raised the front of the vehicle and their seems to be no play on the front wheels i torqued the wheels to 100lbs what else should i be looking at, after the strut install i did not align the vehicle could these be a possible cause?

Re: KYB GR-2 hardware?
The KYB's that were on my car had a pretty stout lock washer under the nut.
