i cannot get my rear end to stay on the ground doing doughnuts, i need some help with this chattering.

also how can i make this 89 305 with 70k miles on it faster then 170 hp. i took off the ac, put headers and no cat 3 inch exhaust on it so far, also put new shocks and struts on this weekend please help
