How much adjustability w/ UMI/J&M strut mounts?
I have a Spohn K member in my car( I haven't driven the car over two years)I went to check the alignment last week and I can't even get close to the factory specs for caster. I have too much negative caster.
I was looking at either the UMI or Hot Parts adjustable upper strut mounts. Any idea how much caster adjustment is possible with these?
Thanks for any insight or experience

the mounts will allow as much adjustment as the hole in the strut tower will provide. you have negative caster? thats not good. are the wheels in the right place in the wheel wells? there seem to be issues from time to time with Spohns k-member and/or a-arms moving the wheels back a lot.

I hate that k member. wish i never would have bought it. That's the reason, along with his shitty customer service and how long it took to get I will never buy anything from him again and tell everyone I can.
I'm pretty much a UMI guy know thanks to Sam Strano.
yeah its negative. The wheels seem to be in the right place. Whenever I back up and turn sharp the wheels hop and don't roll.

I was able to get over 6 degrees of positive caster in my setup with the Spohn parts. What a-arms do you have? Part number?
You last sentence is common to all these cars with wide wheels. Steering geometry issue.
