Transmission: 700r4 with B&M Mega Shifter
Axle/Gears: Motive 4.10's
strut tower Brace
I am looking for a strut tower brace for my 85 Iroc. It has a carb on it. Has anyone installed one before? which ones seem to be good? thanks

Edelbrock sold their brace/design to QA1. For a look at the Edelbrock/QA1 brace installed, check my vbGarage (shedlike icon next to my online status).

Remember that with the OE carb/accessory equipment still in place, the above STB won't fit, if the car has a driver's side AC compressor.

going to have to see what one will work.. car was TPI
now a single plane EFI With elbow,Cog Drive, V1 Ttrim, power steering and alt only. so no AC. NOTHING ON PANGR SIDE BUT DELET PULLYS.
so you cant see the AFR 220 elmtr heads.. but the NOS plate stands out still...lol
(only set on stun).. paid the $1100 For the 6 pinon planet for the tranny,making the gears close to a th400..
leaving the 5 pinon planets. also did the big bad, front drum upgrade.
so i can keep the tranny alive.

Here's a pic of my old Kenny Brown 3pt. Looks like room for carb. Not to hard to fab this design.
