BMR Adjustable Torq Arm

I just put the eibach sportline kit, kyb shocks, BMR adjustable torq arm and BMR adjustable panhard bar on my car. The question i have is has anyone seen clearance issues with the underside of the car and the adj. torq arm? because mine rubs in a small area.

Hey there, yeah, sometimes aftermarket torque arms will rub the tunnel because they are a larger construction. Just the nature of the beast, unfortunately. A solution to this is to get a block of wood and mallet to "clearance" the area the torque arm rubs. Or, if you haven't already tried, use the other set of holes to move it away from tunnel more.

That's good to hear. What adjustments did you make that helped the TA clear better? I ask because the issue is a common issue on a lowered car so, if it becomes an issue, we tell people to perform this mod. If there is an alternate method, I would love to know.

Re: BMR Adjustable Torq Arm

I had the same problem with another aftermarket company torq arm and i adjusted my panhard bar,i have the Eibach pro springs,so a lowered car with any kind of aftermarket torqarm i would recomend a adjustable panhard bar also just to make sure.

Regards Mats

Re: BMR Adjustable Torq Arm

I just adjusted the adjustments on the torque arm, there were no mods neccesary. With the new torque arm, panhard bar, eibach Sportline kit, and new kyb shocks, my car now handles and rides like a new one. Next thing I want is subframe connectors, then the suspension will be complete
