Hi guys, I've had my T/A convertible for about six months and I'm slowly making it right after being abused by previous owners. I have now started to get a heavy knocking under the car from the front as I can feel it through the pedals. The receipts with the car show it had a new transmission mount and looking under the car I can see and feel nothing loose.Could it be a worn body mount or engine mount? The noise only appears over rough roads and doesn't happen during gear changes or accelerating and braking, or steering in any direction. I know a noise is difficult to diagnose without hearing it but hopefully you can give me some ideas of where to look.
Thank you
Thank you

Pull the back seats and check the upper shock mounts.
Thanks I'll have a look.
