are these springs the same?
are these springs the same?
there car sits 1/2 inch higher on the driver side, these are the rear springs, but to me these springs look totally different. do you think there the same or different?

Front springs are totally different than the rear springs and will not interchange. The springs you have posted look like a cargo coil springs. Coils are tighter at the top than on the bottom.

No they are not the same. Wire dia and turns spacing is different.
Throw em in the trash and get yerself A PAIR. (and 2 matched rear springs, too)
