Nasty squeak? Bushings?
Hey guys,
I have a nasty squeak coming out of my left side rear suspension when I go over a bump. I have pretty much decided I am going to replace the bushings for the sway bar, LCA and panhard.
Can anyone recommend a good place to get a rear suspension rebuild kit?
Thanks!!

Not much sense necessarily in a "kit".
Get Moog CC635 springs; shocks of your choice; Lakewood LCAs & PHB (check the board sponsors first though, some one of them may have something worth looking at); and Energy Suspension sway bar parts.
You won't even recognize that it's the same car, back there.

Thanks for the quick response!
Interesting, I would like to go that route, a few paychecks later lol, not too concerned with performance right now just trying to get the squeak out. Plus I would think that putting all that into my rear is going to make the front feel a little off
Also all I can seem to find is Polyurethane bushings and I have been advised to go with rubber if I can find them, any thoughts on that??
At the moment I would plan on buying:
Sway bar bushings:

Panhard:

LCA:

Thanks

I would not mess with rubber.
All my cars have poly sway bar parts. Every one, including my wife's and daughter's.

Fair enough, I am going to lubricate the hell out of the suspension this weekend and see if that does me any good, then I will work on the replacement.

Worst suspension squeek I ever heard was from my neighbors mustang. It was a BAD lower ball joint and a few days later the ball popped out of the joint as he entered his driveway. At speed, it probably would have caused an accident. Check those.
