2004 Corvette Parts on 3rd gen camaro
Just saw a add on craiglist in my town for parted out 2004 Corvette, the guy bought the car for the LS1 motor and the rest of the car is in place.
Ive been looking to get my rear end rebuilt but wanted to know if the rear end/disk brake set up on vette would go on my 86 Z28 (LG4, 10bolt) and mods I would have to do if it does.
Also the suspension and brakes are in great shape on the vette as well. thanks in advance.

Have you ever looked at a C5? It would take a TON of fab work. Trans is connected to the Rear end and its a torque tube design. There are kits for the front brake swap (I built my own brackets for my C5 brake setup)

F-body and Y-body suspension parts are not compatible. To do a suspension swap, there's a lot of fabrication work involved.
About the only thing that's easily swappable from the corvette would be the engine.

Front brakes are a basic big brake upgrade. Rears are a bit tricky with the fixed caliper design common on IRS setups, but still do-able
