Power steering pump doing nothing
I pour in fluid, it gets to a level, and then it keeps rising. It's making no pressure. What is wrong? How is a person supposed to remove these pumps while in the car? I can't get a freaking pulley remover on there with all the crap in the way in front of it.

I've never experienced that problem. If you don't have one, this is the type of pulley remover you need for these.

I have experienced a few where the pulley was so rusted onto the shaft, I tore the snout off it. At that point, you need to cut away portions of the pulley to get at the mounting bolts, then buy a new pulley with your new pump.

Yeah I have the tool. It's just terrible to do in the car. The one fan is in the way. The only plus about it was that the pump was held in place, versus trying to hold a loose one on the ground. I just put my old one back on and didn't look back. I don't know what could have happened (I rebuilt the pump). There are only a handful of moving parts in the thing.

I know. This is all done and over with. The pump that gave me problems was one I took apart, cleaned out, and replaced the seals.
