Ok this is what I got and what I have done. I have checked rear trans shaft bushing seems to be tight I have turned drive shaft 180 out and just put new pinion seal and tighten all back down. I had drive shaft balanced and all new u-joints put in and still getting vibration in 2,3 and OD in mild pull. You can push the car hard and it almost goes away. Car has been lowered I think 3in's. Is there any way to set pinion angle with stock under bar or do I have to buy a adjustable bar?

 

Sounds like your on the right track, I would check your pinion angle. I'm pretty sure you're going to have to get an adjustable TA to correct it.

 

Update well as the problem got worse I checked into the flex plate found one loose bolt. I tighten down and vibration is almost gone and then I got a bad clicking noise that got worse and worse. On further inspection I have found cracked flex plate. So I order all and will give update as I finish the job.
