Looking for Camber plate info
I am about to change out the stock camber upper strut plates to some Founders camber plates. So my question is where is a good starting point so the alignment is close to get me to the shop and do a full alignment. The founders plates raise the struts an inch. Will just anywhere be close enough to get me there?

Use a larger carpenters square and put the corner of the square at the end of the strut's shaft and where the ends go over the firewall/cowl and fender make a mark with an erasable marker. Then when you are installing the new one just line up the strut's shaft with the square that you lined back up with the marks. Works great in the interim until you can do an alignment.
