Do third gens use the same struts/shocks as fourth gen?

Transmission: WC T5
Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt 3.42
Do third gens use the same struts/shocks as fourth gen?

I am noticing parts for fourth gens are less money. Do the fourth gens use the same struts and shocks?

The rear yes the front no.
