PSA: Moog Poly Sway Bar Bushings

Just wanted to share so no one else makes the same mistake I did. The Moog 36mm polyurethane bushings (Model K6459) do not fit the stock brackets like they say they do (at least for 1992 Camaros).

I guess that's what I get for being "budget minded"

The AC Delco 36mm bushings - 45G0651 - are poly or harder rubber if it makes any practical difference. They fit perfect and they're cheap.

Thanks for the advice! I already went ahead and ordered the Spohn greasable ones, but hopefully this helps the next guy looking for bushings.

Re: PSA: Moog Poly Sway Bar Bushings

Moog has a lot of part numbers, and trying to buy the right ones based on the online sellers' listings is a crapshoot. I have bought a few of those in the last 5 years, and if I hadn't triple checked every one, I would have ordered the wrong ones a few times. I am sure they make them, but it's a pain to be a "good parts guy" when they file dump PNs to the sellers' for listing.

Re: PSA: Moog Poly Sway Bar Bushings

Good point. I've read of people on here using the Moog poly bushings, so I know there are some that work. I just wanted to let people know that the K6459 set, the ones recommended by multiple sites, definitely don't work with stock brackets.

Unless you think they sent the wrong parts to me, which I suppose is a possibility
