DSE Quadralink

Any of the suspension pros on here looked into Detroit Speeds quadralink rear suspension. I see there’s quite a bit of fab to it, but could it really work that much better than well sorted torque arm setup? I like that it opens up a lot of space under the car. I just question the upper control arm pockets being cut into a spot that the car didn’t originally use as a high stress area. I will say Detroit Speed isn’t afraid to thrash on there car, it seems to work well in all applications (drag, street, road race etc).

All that work and still keeping the Panhard bar? I have only enough experience here to be dangerous, but I'd submit that a well sorted de-couple torque arm setup with a watts link setup is every bit as effective as that setup for a fraction of the cost.

I am right there with you. I hate the PHB in the car stock too, but DSE makes the car go fast around turns, so it can't be all that bad

DSE has to make money somehow. Chances are if you are asking the question is this new DSE product better than a stockish style setup than this product wasn't made for you. They are relying on the brand power of DSE or guys with enough money to not care about justifying a certain price paid.

Nott exactly. I ask because I never really looked ar DSE stuff before, but their car came across my YouTube feed, after doing some looking I saw the suspension setup, they talked it up pretty good, but I also see the aftermarket coming out with torque arm suspension setups, which is why I asked. The DSE car seems to be a really well rounded setup, obviously they’re not gonna bash their own car, but it appears to work well

Its a carry over from the DSE's 1st and 2nd gen Camaro's systems. It works well but not something I would do on a 3rd Gen.
