whats a better bushing energy or polygraphite?

better for what? i've made a lot out of aluminum on my lathe, but they get used on cars that only make short trips in a straight line.

"Energy" is just a name brand. You can get polyurethane, polygraphite, aluminum, Del-a-lum, rubber, etc. What do you plan on doing with the car?
The best type depends on type of driving.

well me and a couple other of my friends all have thirdgens and we were wondering whats a better bushing. we all want something thats going to be good from drag racing to road coarses. we want something that isnt going to just fall apart under rough driving.
