buzzing vibration sound

buzzing vibration sound
theres a vibration sound that occurs mostly when idling and sometimes while slowing down and braking. Not sure what it is, sounds like something is loose and its causing a vibration. Anybody have an idea? Video is below

Could it be the CAT? I remember hearing a sound similar to that when my CAT went bad. The inside broke up into pieces and rattled around.
