BMR LCA Relocation brackets

I've just ordered a set from Thunder Racing. Are they pretty straightfoward to install? Do you reckon they'll get me 0.2 secs or so at the strip? My car is lowered.

Thanks

I haven't done them, yet, but they will help to improve and yes, they are very straight forward to install
