Spohn is trying to have one this winter. Edelbrock has one that says carb/tbi but they told me that it wont fit carbs so I am waiting to buy one from Spohn.

I have a TBI car with the Ground Control STB.It is a two-point, but it clears the A/C and aircleaner fine.
