Where to buy MAC subframe connectors?

I am getting very impatient waiting for IRS and Alston to start cranking out their SFCs. I did a little more looking around and see that MAC SFCs are basically the same as Alstons with no loss of ground clearance and strength.

The only site I can find that sells them is http://www.performancess.com/mac.html

I don't feel comfortable buying from them since the website looks unprofessional. Has anyone bought from them? Anyother places?

Thanks!!!

My experience with MAC wasn't good . I live minutes from their factory in California. Their prices are so-so but their customer service is Lacking. They take too long to ship out their products. Heck I went down in person to get my order and they still didn't have it ready after they said "one more week" 8 weeks had passed since then so I canceled. They BS around too much.

BTW , I just noticed that you have a convertible. I had to get similar set of subframe connectors to clear my SLP exhaust. Well, if you decide to order from Mac, I hope you have a much better experience than I did. Actually 100 bucks doesnt sound too bad!

don't get them
I have them and they stick out to much. They make great skid plates for the bottom. They are beefy and powder coated. But they aren't a set that fits snug under. I also went after the $100 price and I got a $100 dollar product. Go wth Spohn or others. Learn from me MAC make a so-so SFC.

Hmmm..I have them and they hug my underbody perfectly. My car is even lowered 2 inches, and I dont have problems. They are exactly like the ones pictured on the website, and they were welded in. I am happy.

When I ordered them, I did so through a distributor, and not MAC themselves, so I had no problems as far as customer service. That was a while ago, though.

Hey, Omar, where did you order yours from? If I do decide to get MAC SFC, I'd like to order them from the peeps that shipped yours to you.

88IROCARMY - I'd love to get Spohn SFCs, but they do not have one for a convertible. I don't know if he is going to make one or not. If he will make one in a month or two, I'll wait for his SFC to come out rather than getting MAC's.

Keep the suggestions and the bits of information coming!
