Gotta Replace Ball Joints On Super Bowl Sunday.....plz Help!!!

Gotta Replace Ball Joints On Super Bowl Sunday.....plz Help!!!
ok i have no idea what to do....but my front left tire is making a really bad vibrating noise and its really worrying me.......i got an estimate at pep boys for $171 to install the ball joints and align the front end.......i dont really wanna spend all of that......and i have to go to work on monday and nothing is open tomorrow......soo can someone please tell me step by step on what to do and exactly what tools to get.....and also......do you think i could do it.....i maybe only b 16 but i think i can do it.....the worst job i have done on my car has been replacing the water pump......

It's going to be a big Job if all you have done is the water pump .....but if you want to do it
you'll need a ball joint press ...you can rent them from Auto Zone for about $100 and then you get all you deposit back other than that you'll just need some basic tools, but a impact would be a lot faster and is almost the only way to get the struts off
you'll have to actually take off the A arms and use them on a vice to re install new ones and get the old ones out ......so think of all the stuff you have to take off just to do the job ..all the way down to the spindles/and A arms come off = a lot of work
... you'll need to look in your book if you have one and it souldnt be that hard to look at the diagrams and figure out what needs to be done
I think $117 isnt too bad for new joints and aligning the front
but it's up to you... hope that helps

what a bout aligning the tires after you are done??
doesnt it mess it all up?
well i dont know if im gonna do this or not.....it sounds like it might b a "fun" experience.....but im gonna go around to other shops and see what their prices are......i guess i will just have my mom or someone drive me to work

yes, getting an alignment is advised, however when i did my ball joints I also replaced the tie rods and iv driven my car a week and still have yet to get it aligned, just barley pulls to the left, but no u don't need an imediate alignment, you can wait a few days or so..
or in my case probably a month or so...
