Lowering predicament

Do the looks and better handeling of a lowered car override the loss in straight line performance? I'm thinking of lowering my car with the hotchkis or global west springs, which ones are better?

Lowering the car with shocks and springs will reduce your 1/4 mile ET, but do nothing to your trap speed. Lowering the car points the lower control arms in the wrong direction, leaving you with less traction off the line and to power out of corners. But that can easily be corrected with a set of LCA relocation brackets.
