Does Anybody Have Floorpan/frame rust

I have light surface rust, around the cat, and runnin boards. Will undercoating stop this (I live 2 houses down from the ocean) , I need opinions, and any comments are welcome

I would primer it, with a light color like gray so that you can see if the rust is trying to come back. If you were to undercoat it now it may cause the rust to accerlate. I would primer and make sure that the rust isn't coming back before undercoating that spot.

This winter I took every part out under the car. Literally every part and painted it with rustoleum hammertuff paint. The car looks beautiful underneigth , and now I dont have to worry about rust.
