lowering

which kind of spring company makes springs that will lower my 91 RS 2''?

Engine: 6.0 boost and smak
Transmission: 4l80e
Axle/Gears: 9bolt 3.27
use Eibach springs and use Mustang Conv. 87-91 spring pads. sounds weird but their pads are like a rubber hose that goes over the bars like a sock. saves a 1/2 inch. and makes a little difference. And the more that marrier.

He's right. Use the Eibach Pro-Kit springs for Camaros, with the Mustang sleeve piece he's talking about. If you don't the rear will appear to sit lower than the front.

My brother's RS uses the 2" kit from...Hmm.I forgot the company.Anyway,here is a pic of his car.I will post the manufacturer when I remember.

My brother's springs are Intrax. I have the Eibach sportlines without the isolators.

I cut a piece of heater hose and slipped it over the first coil on each spring.That will keep it from squeaking and keep the floorpan from wearing down from the constant rubbing of the springs and floorpan.

i was thinkin about the intrax ones but it even says on the site that they are not very good for racingq

well i am going to go to the track at least once a week to test my quarters so would it make that big of a difference if i got eibach,intrax, or Hotckis?
