Clunk when braking

Lately whenever I stop my car I hear a clunk coming from the rear of the car, it isn't really loud and the car doesn't shudder, but I hear this small clunk. I doesn't seem to do it when I accelerate but and only does it right before the tires stop turning.

I'd check some stuff up front, even though it sounds like it's coming from the rear. But in the back, it could be a loose bolt on the panhard bar or it's brace, or a bolt on the control arm. I'd also take a look at the torque arm, though I can't imagine it "clunking" even if it was loose. When the car's parked, have someone wiggle the body side to side while you look at bolts. Make sure the wheels are chucked so ther isn't a possibilty for it to roll over you (safety first). Then have them move the car forward/rearward by "rolling" the tires front to back.
