I really wanted to get some performance friction carbon metalic brakes, but nobody around me sold them. So I have to settle with raybestos. They make some brute-stops that are semi-metalic and they make some quiet stops which are organic. I would go with the brute-stops because they are about half the price, but I always heard that metalic brakes squeal. The quite-stops are not supposed to make any noise at all. I really want quite brakes, which should I go with. Or if Performance Friction Carbon Metalics are quite, I guess I could get them off the internet.

My Performance Friction pads make no noise at all. Got them at Autozone.

 

My PF Carbon Metallics ( from Autozone ) totally rock, no squealing and no brake dust!

 

glad to hear they don't cause I bought a pair of PF 2 weeks ago just haven't installed yet.
