ws6 springs
ws6 springs
my 1988 GTA has been lowered 2" and I am finally tired of the wheels scraping and driving slowly over speed bumps. I would like to replace my lowering springs with stock ws6 springs. Where can I get a inexpensive set and what are the spring rates for these springs. Kragen has stock springs for $67 a piece(McQuary-Norris) and $58 a pair(TRW). What about Moog and PST?Are these good quality or order from GM? Whats the difference? My car came stock with 16" rims and handles very good for 114000 miles(solid suspension, no worn parts,Sensa-Tracs outback). What struts and shocks are recommended for a WS6 suspension?Gabriel VST,Monroe Sensa-Trac, KYB, AC Delco? I want only stock springs, any help and knowledge would greatly be appreciated.Oh, by the way, which year and model (rpo code) got the dual piston caliper up front. Was that a option only for Corvettes or did Irocs and GTA's get it.Thanks again
Moog makes very good quality suspention products you can order them from your local automotive parts dealer that carrys moog products all they have to do is look through the moog book to find the product that you want.
