heres the dilly...i'm getting a 350 .040 over...10.0:1,LT1 crank, forged pistons and brand new heads...where can i get a custom chip burned for a reasonable price so far it's been $500-$600

You can get custom chips from fastchip . They are around $350.

Do your own, noone can tune your car over the phone. For $200+- you can be doing your own.

Don't forget about the throttle body, fuel pump, etc etc.
10:1 and on pump gas?. You best be good at timing to get the best out of it.
