Does the ignition control module control pulse to the injectors?

Does the ignition control module control pulse to the injectors?
Tested the injectors at the non-starting condition and they are not getting any pulse. Already changed the pickup and computer and they weren't it.

if the module does not get a signal then the conputer will not tell the injectors to fire. someplace you must be missing a switched signal to the module.
