ECM problem?

I've got a problem with my car bogging down....it runs lean and sometimes its like its not getting spark, and it only mostly happens when in closed loop....Threw it on the scanner and no problems reported whatsoever. I'm going to get my TPS and MAP checked out this week, but would it somehow be the PROM in my ECM?

Could be a clogged fuel filter. Change the fuel filter and if it still boggs down it could also be a worn out electric fuel pump.
