TPS sensor?

Someone said that messing with a spark plug wire can mess up tps sensors....

Well a couple of days after I got my car, somehow my #6 spark plug wire came loose and the car was running on 7cyls for 1 1/2 days untill I figured out the problem.....

Do you think I toasted my TPS sensor? To replace them is it easy?

Im not an expert, but im sure you didnt screw your TPS up ... if it reads between .50 and .58 at idle and over 4 WOT then its ok

I am not sure how you could mess up your TPS sensor by having a bad wire? I wouldnt worry about it.

To answer your question on price, they are like 35-40 bucks or so. That is at least what I paid for mine at Napa.
