if i have a friend with tpi heads from a lb9 305 can i swap the with my lo3 i still have the stock cam and stuff also i understand that the lb9 came with a cam option(or am i crazy!!) for the cam from the l98 5.7 so could i just use that cam too without having to get the vaccumn fpr. i did the adjust mods on mine this past weekend... i am just toying with ideas for cheap upgades...

 

The heads will fit on (sure on that), and the LB9 could be had with the L98 cam if it was a 5 speed (pretty sure on that).

I would just go with an LT1 cam though, its slightly larger and wont freak out the computer at all, they can be had for $35 if you look, although if it is the hotter LB9/L98 cam that's a pretty good choice too, esp with the stock LB9 heads.
