Exploded / Hacked Fuel Injector Pics
For those of you who never got to see these, or were looking for these pics again etc...
I had them up on a ***.net server, then moved and the customer service person who handled changing my address failed to tell me that doing so changed my account number which also wiped out my entire website hosted with them as well as my ***.net email addresses. Well, it shouldnt, but she did it wrong. anyway, i had quite a few pics on that site since they allow remote linking to files etc.. .bs bs. bs...

thats not how you increase the flow. thats how you screw up your spray pattern 
increasing flow is done by adjusting the allen head screw that is tackwelded at the center of the mushroom.
this has not been attempted by anybody who is located on these boards, only people in the business of building high power fuel injection systems.

theory is that the spring rate within the injector would also have to change so that the injector pintle would then be able to still open and close faster. it works a little like a shock absorber teamed with a spring if you think about it. except its liquid instead of gas charged. and the valve is like a mini electronic actuator. the injector works a bit like the iac does. a little bit. its not a stepper motor though, its just open or closed. so its a two stepper motor.
