I get about 12 in the city 24 highway. That was with a crappy fuel pump that I was trying to compensate by running extra rich so as not to have the car stall when I opened the throttle and let in the extra air. I expect it to be in the 14 or 15 range now that it's running smooth as glass. Highway shouldn't change.
11 doesn't sound really bad but I would hook-up winaldl and see what's going on with the ecm. Might also want to hook up a multimeter and watch the o2 volts swing around .450v (450mv). If the BLMs are right around 128 plus or +/-6, yes 122 to 136. Then look in the constants to make sure your sensors make sence.

I get about 17-18 city and 29-30 hwy. Something is wrong there and WinALDL would be your best bet for finding it. And don't let poor gas mileage be an excuse to buy an "econo car", just incase you would ever consider that route... The new Civic SI only gets 30mpg hwy (not that great when you compare huh).
