Does the ecm have to be changed when going to a 350 tbi?

I have a 89 350(L98) coming in,and want to know if I have to change the Computer when I put this motor in or do I just find a chip for a 350. Also is there anything else that I will have to do. I was going to make this a Tpi engine, but I just thought that would be alot of work. And this would be a little easier. Thanks.

NOope, the '8746 will do just fine. Upgrade to 350 injectors and a 350 chip and go. Search the TBI board using these keywords (or mix thereof): ANLU, cop, 350.

I am in the middle of this swap with my car. I bought a chip and injectors from a 9C1 cop car. I'll let you know how it goes. (Hopefully it'll finally start tommorow. )

You need to get the 350 ESC Module and the 350 Knock sensor too. This is not a option you have to have these two parts for your moter to run well over 4000 rpm's Ill get you the part numbers soon. I know for a fact you have too use these part's because i have allready changed form a 305 to a 350.
